I nibbled while I baked and, WOW! Sweet Loren’s is hands down the best pre-made cookie dough I’ve ever had! Each batch I made baked up perfectly and uniformly every time, and I had even more fun making two of the delicious recipes I found on their website. Their easy-to-follow recipes have photos to show you each step.

The S’mores Cookie Sandwiches: (my fave!)
Pro tip: if you’re making these right after you’ve made the cookies and your oven is still hot, I recommend putting the broiler on LOW and placing your marshmallow & chocolate topped cookies on the middle or lower rack because the marshmallows will char very quickly. Watch them like a hawk the entire time they are under the broiler to avoid burning. Mine took less than a minute to achieve perfectly charred, golden brown tops, and gooey melted chocolate.

The Chocolate Chunk Cookie Bowls with Ice Cream: (husbands fave!)
Pro Tip: I pre-portioned out scoops of vanilla ice cream onto a tray lined with wax paper and put it in the freezer before I started making the cookie bowls. This allowed the ice cream to set and made it super easy to fill all of the cookie bowls at once while avoiding a melty mess. Also – when the cookie bowls are baking, they’ll look all puffed up like they’ve lost their bowl shape – but fret not! They’ll fall back into bowl shapes when you remove them from the oven and set as they cool. You can use any kind of your favorite ice cream. We had Kirkland Signature Super Premium Vanilla Ice Cream on hand, and it perfectly complemented the chocolate chunk cookie bowls.
