  1. The cashews you list from Costco have peanut oil…is that a no-go? I ask because i saw them today and wanted them but put them back for this reason 😔

  2. Hi! Thanks for your comment – I think you are referring to the "survive your whole30 with Costco" post.

To answer your question, NO peanuts and peanut oil are a NOT compliant if you are doing Whole30. (Good Catch!) Costco does carry dry roasted cashews that don't contain peanut oil, however the original picture I posted of Kirkland Signature cashews did list peanut oil on the ingredient list so I have removed that photo from the Whole30 post.
I have come across several more Whole30 compliant products at Costco since originally posting it so I will be doing an update to that post shortly 🙂
Thanks again for catching & pointing out my error and good luck on your Whole30!

  3. Thank you so much for this List! I would love to see another list. I know the organic rainforest coffee is great in flavor and price compared to alot of other store.

  4. Thanks for your post! I have been on the fence for the past couple of months, deciding if Costco shopping is right for my family. You have helped me decide 🙂
